Returns & Refunds
We take great care in sourcing and delivering our olive oil so it reaches you in perfect condition. Because our products are food items with a limited shelf life, our returns policy is a little different from non-perishable goods.
Perishable Products
In line with UK consumer regulations, perishable goods are not eligible for return or refund once dispatched, unless there is a problem with your order.
This means we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Taste preferences
- Orders where storage instructions haven’t been followed
We always recommend checking product details carefully before purchasing.
If Something Isn’t Right
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we’ll offer either:
- A replacement, or
- A full or partial refund
There’s no need to return the item unless we ask you to.
Delivery & Storage
To ensure your olive oil stays at its best:
- Please make sure someone is available to receive your delivery
- Store your product in a cool, dark place away from heat and sunlight
We can’t be responsible for spoilage caused by:
- Missed deliveries
- Incorrect delivery details
- Improper storage after delivery
Cancellations & Changes
Because we prepare orders quickly to preserve freshness:
- Orders can only be cancelled or changed before dispatch
- Once shipped, they cannot be cancelled
