Krude No-Churn Olive Oil Ice Cream

What you'll need

  • 200g sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tbsp Krude 'Finish Me' Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch flaky salt, plus extra to finish
  • 350ml double cream

To serve:

  • Krude Lemon Olive Oil

Method

  1. Condensed milk into a bowl. Add Krude ‘Finish Me’ Olive Oil, vanilla, salt. Whisk until smooth and glossy.
  2. Cream into another bowl. Whisk to soft peaks.
  3. Now fold the cream into the condensed milk mix a third at a time. Gentle. Keep the air in.
  4. Into an airtight container. Cover it. Freeze at least 3 hours — overnight if you’ve got the patience.
  5. Before serving, let it sit out for 10 mins. Scoop into bowls.
  6. Finish with Krude Lemon Olive Oil and a pinch of flaky salt. Cold, creamy, salty — get stuck in.
